As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial customers. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are performed to the highest quality standards. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with our customers, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures, answering any questions they may have, and providing information on routine maintenance that will help reduce future repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings
- Communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance procedures
- Provide information on routine maintenance to help reduce future repairs
- Keep equipment and work area clean and organized
- Work closely with team of technicians to ensure high quality standards
- Ensure all work is performed in a timely and safe manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Strong technical and mechanical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license
