Job Description: HVAC Installer
Loesch Heating is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in our reputation for providing exceptional service to our customers. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing HVAC systems that meet our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment
- Perform system testing to ensure proper function and efficiency
- Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards and company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the installation process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continually improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant technical certifications preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
