HVAC Installer

Gem Plumbing and Heating Services LLC is seeking a professional and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. As a leading provider of reliable heating and cooling services in Medina and Northeast Ohio, we are searching for a skilled individual who is passionate about providing high-quality installation services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper alignment and functionality of equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and hours worked
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- EPA/Refrigeration certification preferred
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
