The Receptionist at Life Care Center of Lagrange

Life Care Center of Lagrange is currently seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for all visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment at our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
• Provide general information to visitors and answer any inquiries
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat and presentable at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and manage the facility's calendar
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software
