Job Description: HVAC Installer
We are a leading company in the HVAC industry, Central Heating and Cooling located in Mountain Home Arkansas, looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-quality installation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation of all HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Install ductwork and perform necessary modifications
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure correct installation and quality work is performed
• Educate clients on proper use of the equipment and maintenance schedules
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installations
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
