Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are looking to hire an experienced HVAC Service Technician at Pacific Air Comfort, Inc. With two generations of quality products, installations, and customer service, Pacific Air Comfort, Inc. is a family-owned company that prioritizes customer comfort. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Service Technician to join our team in Coquille Oregon.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert service and repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in client's homes
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including filter replacement, lubrication, and coil cleaning
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all service calls and completed work orders
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the HVAC field
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Completion of an accredited HVAC program or apprenticeship preferred
- Experience as a HVAC Service Technician or similar role required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, repair, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a variety of environments
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
