Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
- Complete routine maintenance and inspections as scheduled
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the HVAC industry.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC system repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
