As the Unit Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers and collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining a nurturing environment that fosters growth and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of caregivers to provide top-notch care to our residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to promote their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and team members, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Manage the unit's budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated on advancements and best practices in the field of senior care, implementing innovative approaches to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Current state nursing license.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
