Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We, at Pell City Heating & Cooling, are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a reliable and customer-focused company with over 60 years of expertise in the field, we need a dedicated technician who shares our passion for quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal system performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and properly communicate findings to customers
• Perform repairs and part replacements when necessary
• Install and commission HVAC systems according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Work with the team to schedule and coordinate all service-related activities
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and equipment installations
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification and/or relevant experience in the field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• A valid driver’s license
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours
