Job Posting for Handyman/Laborer at Maryville Living Center
Primary job function is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for the preventive maintenance program. Responsibilities also include: working on residents rooms, repairs, sheetrock and painting. Maintenance of HVAC units, and all interior physical plant equipment. Supervision of external vendors when needed. Knowledge of Life Safety regulations. Email for a full job description.
