Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at ELITE AIRE INC.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are functioning properly and provide recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system malfunctions
- Installing and replacing HVAC equipment
- Interacting with clients to assess their HVAC needs
- Providing recommendations for upgrades and repairs
- Documenting work performed and parts used
- Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Adhering to safety standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Certification from HVAC school or equivalent training
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and associated components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
