Job Description:
Stadtler Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are a leading provider of heating and cooling solutions in Westmont, Illinois. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity and reduce the likelihood of malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to accurately identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Complete required paperwork, such as service tickets, time sheets, and invoices, accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC systems to stay current with best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a HVAC certification program or apprenticeship
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
