Position: Housekeeper (Part-time & Full-time)

At Laurel View Village, we are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team as Housekeepers. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our community, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize residents' rooms, common areas, and other designated areas following established protocols
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
• Vacuum, mop, and wax floors
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies, such as toilet paper and soap, as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
