Position: Nursing Assistant - Full Time, Overnights - Care Center

Knute Nelson is currently seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team in our Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide hands-on care to residents and work closely with various departments to ensure the best possible care. This position requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as described in each Resident's Plan of Care
Carry out simple treatment procedures and follow instructions of the Charge Nurse
Work with a variety of residents, demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Work effectively as a team member and independently

Requirements:

Completion of a Minnesota approved competency evaluation program of at least 75 hours
12 hours of continuing education annually
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Physically able to perform the duties required by the position
