Position: Enrichment Assistant

Location: Lenbrook Square Foundation, Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting to planning, organize, and facilitate a variety of engaging activities and events designed to promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being for our residents.
Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to assist in developing innovative and creative programming that meets the diverse interests and needs of our community.
Assist with the coordination and cleanup of enrichment activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing support, encouragement, and companionship.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of activity participation and resident engagement.

Qualifications

Contributing assistance in administrative duties within the Enrichment team.
Exhibits a genuine curiosity and willingness to learn.
Genuine passion for working with seniors and enriching their lives through engaging activities.
Experience driving a small passenger bus to assist residents with their weekly grocery activities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

Schedule: 30 + hours a week Tues - Friday with some evenings and weekends

Starting Salary: $18.93 based on experience
