Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Arctic Heating & A/C is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services in Madisonville, Kentucky. Our team of highly trained professionals takes pride in delivering exceptional repair, maintenance, and installation solutions to our residential and commercial clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, and providing top-notch customer service. You will be working with a variety of systems, including but not limited to air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Keep accurate records and report on work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with safety regulations and requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
