Blythewood Heating A/C and Refrigeration is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and professional installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within residential and light commercial environments. You will work alongside our team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service and exceed our customers' expectations.

In this role, you will:

- Install HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local and national codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Test and balance systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing systems
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry advancements and best practices
- Promote a positive image of the company through excellent customer service and a professional attitude

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NATE certification (preferred)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
