Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at our Statesville, North Carolina location. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for safely installing HVAC units according to specification and providing necessary repairs and maintenance services to existing HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
-Installation of HVAC systems at clients’ homes and businesses
-Review project specifications and blueprints to determine proper installation requirements
-Document and maintain records of all performed tasks including services, repairs, and maintenance activities
-Communicate with customers regarding installation procedures, maintenance plans, and other necessary details
-Operate various hand tools and mechanical equipment for installation and repair work
-Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or repairs
-Abide by safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment
-Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
-Working knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
-Certification and license required for HVAC work in the state of North Carolina
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
-Ability to lift heavy equipment and work from ladders or scaffolding
-Strong problem-solving skills
