HVAC Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC installer to join our team at Schroeder Refrigeration, a leading provider of HVAC and refrigeration services in Victoria, Texas. As an HVAC installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in homes and commercial buildings, according to manufacturer instructions and guidelines
- Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics to plan out installation work
- Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs as needed
- Collaborate with clients and team members to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in HVAC installation

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
