Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Callabresi Heating & Cooling is a premier HVAC company looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Salina, Kansas. We take pride in providing high-quality services to our customers and we're seeking an experienced individual to help us maintain that standard.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for installing new systems and conducting regular maintenance inspections to ensure everything is functioning efficiently. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and some on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Install new HVAC systems
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections to ensure everything is functioning efficiently
- Respond to emergency situations and on-call requests
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing explanations and recommendations when needed
Requirements:
- Hold a valid HVAC technician license
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Possess knowledge of HVAC systems and functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Provide excellent communication and customer service
