Responsibilities
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills development
- Collaborate with other support staff and teachers to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Lunch and recess coverage. Monitor students while they eat and play outside.
- Cover classes for teachers absence for the day or for meetings.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals
