Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $5,400 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 4 months

Location: 2301 North Oregon Street, El Paso, TX 79902

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 32 per week

Duties:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed
Provide basic nursing care, such as wound care and medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
Assist with patient procedures, such as suture removal, catheter care, gastric lavage, and spinal tap
Monitor and document patient behaviors and report any changes to the nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) in the state of [Location]
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Experience with airway management, including ventilating patients
Familiarity with medical records documentation and electronic health records systems
Ability to provide primary care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
