Avalon Care Center - Federal Way is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities may include:
- Interacting with residents in a manner that promotes a caring environment
- Supporting residents in a way that upholds their dignity
- Providing individualized care that promotes physical, mental, and social well-being
- Assisting in maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Protecting the personal belongings of residents
- Observing and reporting symptoms and progress of residents
- Ensuring that individual needs are met, including assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, feeding, personal hygiene, walking, transferring, toileting, and incontinent care
