Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Webb Plumbing and Heating is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Athens, Tennessee. As an integral member of our team, you will provide top-notch maintenance, repair, and installation of all HVAC systems for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with HVAC systems
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning HVAC parts, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Install new HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Keep track of inventory and equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary
