Job Description: HVAC Installer
RC Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in McPherson, Kansas. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems according to company standards
- Assisting in the design and layout of HVAC systems
- Ensuring all installations are completed safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality
- Communicating with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Knowledge of industry standards and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
