HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Extreme Heating and Cooling Inc. As a Service Technician with us, you will be responsible for performing efficient and effective installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our valued clients.

Key Job Responsibilities:

-Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems such as changing filters, cleaning ducts, and checking Freon levels

-Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment and systems

-Installing and upgrading HVAC systems and components

-Providing exceptional customer service while educating customers on the proper usage and maintenance of their HVAC systems

-Keeping all necessary records and documentation for completed jobs and service visits

-Ensuring all work is performed safely and responsibly, meeting industry standards and regulations

-Responding to emergency repair requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

- High school degree or equivalent required; additional certification from technical school or apprentice program preferred

- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

- Must have a strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
