We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in South Elgin Illinois. As an HVAC Installer at Elgin Sheet Metal Co., you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems for our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial clients
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and installation of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all systems are installed correctly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot problems and make necessary repairs to keep systems functioning at peak performance
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school or apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and HVAC controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
