Sturgeon Plumbing and Air Conditioning is a leading provider of energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions in the suburban areas since 1963. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Hutchinson, Kansas.
As an HVAC Installer at Sturgeon Plumbing and Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our team of technicians, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
-Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
-Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and instructions
-Ensure installations meet industry standards and pass all inspections
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation
-Communicate effectively with team members and customers
-Answer any questions and provide demonstrations to customers as needed
-Comply with all safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
-Experience in HVAC installation or related field
-Accurate reading, writing, and mathematical skills
-Knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and specifications
-The ability to work in a team-oriented environment
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
