As an HVAC Service Technician at Fox Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance, testing and adjusting equipment, and ensuring that all installations are up to code and running efficiently.
As a successful candidate for this role, you should be a self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a team environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Most importantly, you should be passionate about providing superior customer service and have a desire to grow your skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems including testing and adjusting equipment
- Ensure that all installations are up to code and running efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve systems, processes, or procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- EPA certification
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
