Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical wiring, and refrigerant lines
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper function
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- EPA certification preferred
