Smith Heating Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Red Wing, Minnesota. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties.
As a part of our team, you will be working with a group of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, has strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and is detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential properties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members on projects
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding HVAC systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC training program or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when necessary
