Randstad InHouse Services has been the onsite staffing provider at Ulta for over 10 years now and we have hired over 600 associates that have moved temp to perm with Randstad at Ulta. Our Weekend associates will be sorting, picking, and packing products to be sent out to customers who ordered online. These positions do require standing and walking during a full shift. Lifting may be up to 50 pounds but lifting of that heavy an amount is usually minimal. During your shift you will also occasionally be reaching to higher shelves and bending to lower shelves. Paid training is provided and candidates will be trained on how to operate the scanning and order processing equipment and materials.
