We are seeking an experienced and qualified HVAC Installer to join our team at McCleary Heating And Cooling LLC in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings according to our company's standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, wiring, and other components
- Ensure system is installed accurately according to blueprints and HVAC specifications
- Conduct inspections and testing on the HVAC system to ensure it is functioning properly
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding system installation and any necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC installation programs or apprenticeship preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
