Job Description:

As a Server - On-Call at Cross Keys Village-Brethren Home Community, The, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve meals, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires flexibility, as you will be working on-call and may be required to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and seating residents in the dining area.

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals.

- Serving meals to residents in a professional and courteous manner.

- Clearing tables and ensuring the dining area is clean and organized.

- Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing any concerns or special requests.

- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

- Collaborating with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in food service or a related field.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet resident needs.

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
