Middle Georgia Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in East Dublin, Georgia. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their HVAC systems are running smoothly.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems and recommending appropriate repairs or replacement parts.
- Inspecting and testing HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and recommending solutions.
- Completing accurate and detailed service reports and maintaining both electronic and paper records of all work performed.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Experience with a variety of HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial units.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
