In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch HVAC services to our customers. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be a vital member of our team, providing reliable and efficient installation, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting services for HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in line with established standards and procedures.
- Diagnosing problems and performing necessary repairs on a range of HVAC systems.
- Communicating with customers to explain system problems and necessary repairs in a clear, friendly and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of all service calls, including work performed, expenses, and parts used.
- Participating in training and safety programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and relevant technical training.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC systems installation, repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex problems to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently.
