As an HVAC Installer at McElroy's, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
-Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical wiring, and refrigerant lines, according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
-Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including identifying and resolving wiring and plumbing issues.
-Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the installation process.
-Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
-Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and refrigeration.
-Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently and problem-solve as necessary.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
