Responsibilities
As a Nurse Assistant NAR, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical and mental health
- Administering medication under the supervision of a nurse
- Assisting with transportation of residents within the facility
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Current Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Compassion and empathy towards residents
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
