HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Cole Air Conditioning CO., INC. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients' comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and provide technical expertise to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations and solutions, and ensure their satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while representing our company

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or license preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
