Desert Air Conditioning Inc is searching for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Palm Springs, California. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients. You will work with a team of experienced technicians who are committed to providing high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and boilers
- Diagnose problems with existing systems and perform repairs as necessary
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure their efficiency and longevity
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all work done, including parts used and time spent on each job
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best service possible
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
