Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Krause Sheet Metal and Heating is a leading provider of heating and air conditioning systems in Duluth, Minnesota. We are currently seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. You will work closely with our service team to ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
-Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
-Document all work performed on service tickets
-Communicate with clients to discuss repairs and maintenance options
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Certification from an accredited HVAC program preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
