Job Description
The Renaissance Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Italy, TX, is currently seeking a full-time LVN/LPN to join our collaborative healthcare team. As an LVN/LPN, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to provide quality health and wellness care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize nursing knowledge and skills to implement basic preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care
- Perform delegated independent nursing functions using established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards
- Administer medication accurately and observe patient response
- Maintain and coordinate communication among patients, significant others, staff, and physicians
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid registration as an LVN/LPN in the state of Practice
- Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing approved program
