As an HVAC Installer at Jim's Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Installing and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
-Conducting diagnostic tests to identify HVAC system problems
-Recommending appropriate solutions to customer HVAC issues
-Communicating effectively with team members and customers about project timelines and expectations
-Ensuring compliance with safety protocol and regulations
Your qualifications:
-Proven experience as an HVAC Installer (2+ years preferred)
-Familiarity with HVAC systems troubleshooting and repairs
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
-Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
-Strong customer service and communication abilities
