Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Great Mills Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Lexington Park, Maryland. As an HVAC Service Technician at Great Mills Heating and Air, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems. You will work independently or as part of a team with a focus on providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems including changing filters and cleaning coils
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system performance issues, including electrical and mechanical components
- Install and replace HVAC systems
- Ensure all systems are safe and up to local and national standards/regulations
- Interact with clients in a professional and helpful manner
- Provide top-quality service in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Experience with both commercial and residential systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
