HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician with us, you will be responsible for examining and diagnosing issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You will also be required to repair, replace, or maintain the necessary components or entire systems to ensure that they are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems with HVAC equipment
- Repairing or replacing damaged components to ensure optimal system function
- Performing tests on HVAC systems to verify efficiency and safety
- Observing and documenting system performance data and recommendations for improvement
- Identifying and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements for obsolete or faulty equipment
- Advising customers on ways to conserve energy and reduce utility costs
- Communicating with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Current EPA certification
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours and be on call in case of emergencies
- Valid driver's license
