Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Souderton Mennonite Homes is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. As a leading provider of long-term care services in Souderton, Pennsylvania, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff in providing quality care to residents
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Train and mentor new nursing staff members
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for residents
- Handle and resolve any resident or family concerns or complaints
- Stay updated on current nursing practices and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical record systems
