HVAC Service Technician

Location: Coldwater, Michigan

As a HVAC Service Technician at R & M Service LLC, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing and maintaining commercial and residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems including replacing parts, cleaning coils, and adjusting controls
- Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
- Complete work orders and necessary paperwork accurately and on-time
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and promote a safe and respectful work environment
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service or installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
