Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

• Assisting with mobility and assisting residents in walking or using mobility aids.

• Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.

• Documenting residents' health information and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

• Providing emotional and social support to residents and their families.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Adhering to all healthcare and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Previous experience in a nursing care setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients as necessary.

• Proficient in basic computer skills.
