Job Description: HVAC Installer at Delaware Heating & A/C

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team of technicians and installers to ensure that all systems are installed correctly and efficiently. Your day-to-day duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, installing ductwork and piping, wiring controls, and testing and adjusting systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
