Thompson Electric Co is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Moultrie, Georgia. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
As a part of the team, you will work on the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing symptoms, and identifying solutions. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems and malfunctions
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on systems
• Install new HVAC systems
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed
• Keep up to date with all technical developments related to the field
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC field
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving technical issues
• Hold all necessary certifications and licenses
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
